Discounts

As a general rule, discount codes apply to our entire product range. However, there is a small selection of our products where discounts cannot be used. This concerns products from the following collections:

Clearance
Auctions

Here, a significant price reduction has already occurred, and therefore we reserve the right not to offer further discounts on these items.

Payment

Uniq Perler accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Visa Electron, Paypal, ViaBill.

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is dispatched or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. For pre-order items, payment is deducted immediately.

All amounts on the website include VAT.

The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

Uniq Perler uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by external parties.

Right of Withdrawal

A 14-day full return policy is provided for items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Cut meter goods cannot be returned.
For already discounted items, i.e., auction and clearance items, refunds are not offered, but a credit note is provided instead.

The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

Any return shipping costs are borne by the customer. No return packages will be picked up at parcel shops.

Requests for withdrawal must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must be in our possession no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

Requests to use the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to kontakt@uniqperler.com. In the message, you must clearly indicate your wish to use the right of withdrawal as well as the order number.

Condition of the Item upon Return

You are liable for any depreciation of the item's value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and function of the item. This means that you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store. Cut parts such as the sale of meter goods cannot be returned.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that upon withdrawal from the purchase, you will receive a smaller portion or nothing of the purchase amount back. It is up to Uniq Perler to assess the condition of the item.

Right to Complain

A 2-year right to complain is provided for products in accordance with Danish sales law. The right to complain applies to all defects in manufacturing and materials. However, there is no right to complain for items with rhinestones in the event that a stone has fallen out during delivery.

Complaints regarding defects and shortcomings must be communicated to Uniq Perler within a reasonable time after receipt of the item. Here, a maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed. 

The complaint is void if the product has been handled incorrectly or unusually.

Uniq Perler covers return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Complaints are not accepted if they are sent cash on delivery.

Uncollected packages in parcel shops.
If we receive an uncollected package, we reserve the right to charge 49,- + new postage to send the package again.

If the package is not to be sent again, the 49,- will be charged for return postage.
