Order

Can I cancel my order?

As long as an order has not been prepared and completed, you have the right to cancel your order.

If, on the other hand, the order has been prepared and dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you generally have 14 days to cancel your purchase and are within your right to make use of your right of cancellation. If this is the case, we encourage you to contact us by email.

If the order is to be sent back, the postage is paid by the customer. It is up to the individual to decide how the package is sent back. You can use our return portal or find another shipping option yourself.

Refunds will be made as soon as the order is in our warehouse. It can be expected up to 7 days before the refund can be seen in your account.

What if I would like to get in touch with someone from Uniq Perler?

We are always ready to help you and answer any questions you may have! We always endeavor to answer any inquiry within a few hours, but you can expect a response time of up to 48 hours.

Inquiries sent on Friday will be answered the following Monday, but possibly earlier.

Delivery & Freight

How much does shipping cost?

Our prices are weight-based and can therefore vary from time to time, depending on which items are purchased.

Delivery to parcel shop
We send with DAO and Bring to parcel shops. Our shipping prices start from 42 DKK for delivery to parcel shops.

Delivery to your door
Packages with delivery are sent both with DAO and Bring. Shipping prices for home delivery start from 45 DKK.

Free shipping to parcel shop
Free shipping to parcel shop is achieved if the purchase exceeds 600 DKK.

How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time is generally 1-5 days.

However, we generally find that our customers have their packages 1-2 days after the package has been handled and packed in our warehouse.

Uniq Perler ships goods both with and without distribution. We send our packages with the following: DAO, Bring, Instabox, DHL, HeltHjem.

The freight is calculated based on weight. You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

Free shipping on orders over DKK 600.
The package will be sent to the nearest parcel shop. Private delivery can be purchased additionally.

International shipping times depend on the products and destination.

What should I do if I want to return something?

No later than 30 days after Uniq Perler has received your request for cancellation, you will be refunded the value of the item. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you explicitly request otherwise. Uniq Perler does not refund shipping costs.

Uniq Perler reserves the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or have received documentation that you have returned the goods. You are only liable for any depreciation of the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functions of the goods. If you use the item or it is damaged during shipping, you are liable for the depreciation of the item's value.

Note, if a Mastercard or other foreign credit card was used for the purchase, the refund time may be significantly longer.

Use our Return Portal - Save the fee
We have our own return portal where you can easily return items. We do not generally cover the shipping cost unless otherwise agreed between the customer and Uniq Perler.

Price for return label: 49,-

If a different shipping method than our Return Portal is chosen, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Additionally, we charge a fee of 49,- for processing the order, once it arrives at our warehouse. The fee will be deducted from the customer's order.

If we receive an uncollected package, we reserve the right to charge 49,- + new postage to send the package again.

Uniq Perler is not responsible for any products lost during return shipping.

Items purchased in connection with live auctions cannot be returned.

How long will it take before I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Refunds and credit certificates - Which items can be returned and which items are refunded?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Cut-off meter goods
  • Used materials, stones, tools and storage where there has been a clear deterioration in the product's quality.

Refunds are not offered on the following items. On the other hand, a credit certificate can be issued for the auction and residual sale items that you wish to return.

Live auctions

What are live auctions?

Every Wednesday at 17 we hold live auctions on our social channels, Facebook and Instagram. Everyone is welcome to join and be part of 1-1.5 hours of fun, where Louisa and Andreas do not skimp on the good energy, the happy mood, a lot of smiles and of course a lot of good offers.

Mor Pia makes sure that every Wednesday there are some fantastic offers on the items that we have at the live auction.

It is not unusual here that you can save up to 80% on selected items and we guarantee that there are brand new items every time that you can get an introductory price on.


How does a live auction work?

Here are the rules for how to participate in our live auctions.

If you are interested in an auction, you should write 'yes please' followed by the auction letter.

For example, 'yes please B'.

If you want more than 1 of the auction, you can just write the quantity afterwards.

For example, 'Yes please B 2 pcs'

NOTE: The reservation is binding. Please delete your comment if you change your mind.

If you are the lucky winner of an auction, we will send you a link in a message on Messenger or in your Instagram inbox so you can purchase the product via our website.

Shipping starts from 42 DKK.

All packages are sent with DAO or Bring and you will receive a track and trace number via email.

Remember that with purchases over 600 DKK, you get free shipping

We post our live auctions on both Facebook and Instagram. If you don't want to miss them, we recommend you go in and "like" our Facebook and Instagram. So you get a notification every time we go live.

What are the opening hours for the physical store?

Our new physical store at Jørgensmindevej 20, 9270 Klarup opens on August 3-4. Opening hours during the opening weekend will be from 10-16.

After that, the store will have the following opening hours:

Monday: 12-16:30
Wednesday: 12-16:30
Friday: 12-16:30
