Terms and conditions

When returning goods, a fee will be charged: 49,- for postage and handling.

A voucher will be issued when returning leftover sale items, cut-offs and auctions, as there are no refunds on these types of items.

If the customer arranges shipping themselves, outside our return portal, please enclose the order number and delivery note on the goods.
